Project Narrative
Willow Creek is a 42-unit townhome development located in East Baton Rouge Parish. It was part of a planned demolition of an existing 95-unit development, originally built in 1958. Willow Creek was awarded an allocation of tax credits in 2010.
The mixed-financed plan included leveraging investor equity from Hudson Capital, CFFP – an AHP grant, a city RDA grant, and a permanent loan. The development was designed as townhomes to reflect the style of the architecture of the surrounding neighborhood.
