St. John Paul is senior community made up of multifamily buildings. The development consists of 1- and 2-bedroom apartments and a community center. The property is located in a quiet, rural setting overlooking a lake and nature preserve.
The mixed-financed plan included Florida Housing Finance Corporation HOME Funds, DeSoto County SHIP Funds, an AHP Grant, and a permanent loan. The development was built in 2 phases.
