Project Narrative
Cedar Pointe is a 30-Lot single family affordable housing community in North Baton Rouge. The unique community was constructed in a suburban setting and fills the needs of a vastly under-served, low-income market. Cedar Point gives tenants a sense of home ownership and community with the garages, large yards and porches.
