Bayou Oaks is an 80-unit senior living development located near the airport in Sarasota, Florida. The property consists of 40, 2 bedrooms/2 bathroom units and 40, 1 bedroom/1bathroom units. Also included in the development is a 2,500 SF senior recreation center that houses management offices, a gym, computer lab and library.
Common area amenities include a swimming pool and covered picnic area with shuffleboard courts. Bayou Oaks was financed using tax credits through the Florida Housing Finance Agency, SHIP funds from Sarasota County and conventional financing.
